How long does it take to complete an order?

Most digitizing and custom patch orders are completed within 24–48 hours. Larger or bulk patch orders may take a little longer, but we always ensure quick turnaround.

Can I order just one custom patch?

Yes, we can produce small quantities. However, bulk orders are more cost-effective and come with discounted pricing.

What file formats do you accept for designs?

We accept most formats including JPG, PNG, PDF, AI, EPS, and PSD. For embroidery digitizing, DST and EMB files are delivered.

Are the patches durable and washable?

Absolutely! Our patches are made with high-quality threads and backing materials. They are durable, colorfast, and withstand regular washing without fading.
